Introduction and General Overview

qqgg (hereinafter "Platform", "we", "our") operates an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games, promotions, and transactions on the qqgg platform.

By creating an account on qqgg or using any service on the platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested not to use the platform.

Account Registration and Management

2.3 Verification (KYC)

qqgg may at any time request a national identity card, passport, or other documents to verify your identity. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified time may result in the account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

2.4 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and deposited funds including bonuses may be forfeited.

Deposit, Withdrawal, and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit

Funds can currently be deposited on the qqgg platform via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

The payment account used at the time of deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be returned.

3.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The withdrawal process is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Transaction Restrictions

qqgg reserves the right to investigate any unusual or suspicious transactions. During an investigation, the relevant transactions and account may be temporarily suspended. If transactions linked to money laundering or any other illegal activity are detected, law enforcement authorities will be notified.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. A minimum wagering requirement of 15x must be completed before this bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own terms, which will be stated separately at the time of the offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
• If bonus abuse or an attempt to claim a bonus through fraudulent means is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be closed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• qqgg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.3 VIP Program

qqgg offers three VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week; Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week; and Gold — up to 1.2% cashback per week. Higher tiers can be reached through regular play. VIP benefits may vary based on individual circumstances.

Intellectual Property

All content on the qqgg platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and other elements — is the intellectual property of qqgg or its licensors. Copying, modifying, distributing, or commercially using any part of these assets without prior permission is prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, and JILI) is protected by their respective intellectual property policies.

9.2 Service Interruption

qqgg reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. No compensation claims from players will be accepted during such periods.

Account Suspension and Closure

qqgg may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• The need to meet legal obligations.
• Provision of false information by the user.

10.2 Closure at the User's Request
